This shop is small but has very helpful staff and stocks the most beautiful products!! Be prepared to be over whelmed by choices!!

I have been to several Aesop stores across many cities, but I could really vouch for the staff at Aesop Queen St Mall. She was the first Aesop staff that I met that went all the way to the origin and the history behind the birth of the brand, making it a lot more sense as to why anyone should consider purchasing product from Aesop.

In addition to being very informative, she was also very friendly and accommodating, and was very helpful in providing me with samples of some products to try at home before I commit to buying the bottles of their high-quality, premium products.

The place itself is a little underwhelming, occupying a small rectangular shop with dark ambiance and fit outs that fuse the old and the new, and a lot of empty space in between. But when all that matters are the products and the service, it really doesn't matter.
