5 star service like you are walking into a beautiful calming day spa. The lovely lady that served me assisted with all my queries and even helped suggest alternatives for some gifts I was purchasing. She kindly wrapped these and also gave me some samples to try at home which I am now planning to purchase. The little touches like spraying your purchase bag with their mist made this experience more enjoyable.

Like all other Aesop, minimalist and neat. Professional, good and attentive service but a bit too much attention, lacking friendliness. Not given much space to browse at our own speed, it seemed like a decision is required right away after being briefed about the products and given a try out.
