We had our patio done by affordable aflrescos over 6 months ago.
Overall product was good, this was ordered through Stratco.
Michael the owner however was an extremely difficult person to deal with from day one.
We ended up with a patio not in the colour we requested, whilst being told we should have checked this once it was delivered ourselves. We received a small discount for this, no apology, just excuses, we had paid for extra's that we never received, we were told Michael would be back to install these extras yet we never heard from him again.
A very disappointing experience to have a patio installed and the completely wrong colour to our home. I would never recommend this company.

This situation was unfortunate
Yes there was a mistake with the ordering of the materials howver the materials sat on their front lawn for a few days waiting for erectors to be available
It was only the gutter & trims which were the wrong colour & were very different from what the client requseted
The client did not mention or bring this up once before installation despite the fact they would have walked past the materials for every one of those days.
