Very poor service. Rude staff who speak about you in their own language (staff members coming over to come and have a look at your nails).
Each time I have been they claim that the 'last job was very bad' but this last time I told them THEY were the ones who did the last infill in my nails. They very quickly changed their mind and said it was a good job.
Bad quality, cheap result.
I had 9 nails done, and was charged for 10.
Each nail was a different shape (from BAD work, not on request). Some square round, some round. All uneven.
They insist on RIPPING the nails off instead of an infill because its more money for them. The result is that they have DAMAGED my nail beds and ripped all my natural nail length off.
Will never go back.
Nails are all uneven lengths, shape thickness and curves.
I have never been to a nail place as bad.
Do not go here!

Me again! Still loving everything about Affordable Nails and Beauty in Ashfield. Mimi is so lovely and always has a kind word to say. Nini the new staff member is also very sweet and both do an amazing job. The salon is always meticulously clean which is so important in a beauty salon.

I spoke to Mimi about trying gel acrylic nails and she advised me about all the pros and cons and made sure I understood that they needed to be done every 3/4 weeks. This kind of care is so rare in a salon, I would never go anywhere else. :-)

Affordable Nails is a great salon. I have been getting my nails done there now for 5 months after trying many other salons in Ashfield/ Summer Hill. Mimi is excellent and does a brilliant job as well as being very friendly. I particularly like that when you make an appointment - they keep it. There are no 'walk ins' that get squeezed in front of you while you wait for half an hour. Absolute professionals and I highly recommend them!
