He turned up on time, both to quote and when doing our job, and answered all phone queries we had.
He supplied and replaced our vanity and bathroom taps and we couldn't be happier with the job he did.

From my first phone call with Daniel I was impressed with how professional he was. Customer service and professionalism is very important to me and of course its our first contact with any company we are dealing with. I explained our situation and asked Daniel if he was interested in working on a very large drainage problem we had in our backyard that needed fixing. Daniel came out and quoted on the job within days, provided a written quote within 24 hours and then started the following week. I couldn't be more happy with Daniel and Justin who worked at our home for over a week to get the drainage problems sorted. It was quite a large job that entailed digging large trenches in the backyard, laying a couple of tons of blue metal, and perforated drain pipe as well as cutting concrete, laying new pit drains and fixing some existing cracked and broken stormwater drains. After wasting 2 hrs on a Sunday trying a DIY repair on our toilet cistern & laundry taps, I decided to get a plumber to do it. Daniel (APS) was brilliant. Even though it was not urgent, he still arrived within 30 mins. An hour later everything was resolved. He pointed out issues I'd over looked & did preventative maintenance. We discussed my other plans for landscape & drainage, his approach will be much cheaper than what I had planned. As a result I will save more than the cost of getting his advice.
It was much cheaper to get a professional that has all the correct tools & knowledge than wasting time doing it yourself. I highly recommend him.
He tidies as he goes, both the laundry & ensuite were a little cleaner after he finished than before he started.
