Our Services extend from one to one consultation to complete wellness facility management.
Our strategy is to work with retirement living operators to ensure operational KPI's are met whilst obtaining optimal well-being for residents.
Our program design team is made up of expert health and allied health professionals (Medical doctor, Clinical Psychologist, Exercise Physiologist, Psycho-Physiologist) who have developed a multi-disciplined program that combats many physical and mental issues commonly faced by older adults.
Our Signature Program, Re3â?¢ which stands for Re-generate, Re-ignite, Re-discover, has been scientifically proven to generate positive health outcomes clearly demonstrating that regardless of age, older adults have the capacity to grow, develop, modify and REGENERATE!
