I'm getting married in November this year and I contacted Pete about getting me in shape for the wedding. We've been going hard at it since the start of April and the difference in my fitness is amazing, I even look forward to getting up at 5:30am because I know the session is going to prepare me for the whole day.

I'm 28 and have a been a regular gym goer for the last 10 years. I was getting a little stale to be truthful and was introduced to Pete in the hope that I could regain my zest for attaining a balance of healthy pursuits, in addition to just working long hours. Pete took the time to assess both my fitness and life goals and was able to construct a program that could fit in with my very busy schedule. I now have focus and my habit of regularly exercising has returned.
I had't seriously exercised for quite some years and the thought of returning conjured up thoughts of impending doom. To my surprise though Pete took a very gentle path, getting me back into the habit of exercising without scaring me off for the rest of my life. I now walk 3-4 times per week for about an hour, I have a routine Pete wrote for me that I can do at home and I'm really enjoying having a greater range of motion, being stronger and feeling a lot younger than my 55 years.
