AGL Energy Limited - Head Office

I moved to a new house back in April and decided to get AGL for our Electricity.

Every time I have contacted them regarding questions on my account either through phone or their online chat they have always been very helpful and resolved my inquiries fast without hassle.

Hopefully this excellent service continues for the whole time I am with them.

Online chat with an agent quickly and efficiently resolved an issue with the online account. Ending the chat with a better deal for electricity. Efficient, helpful and honest.

Three times I have written to AGL regarding an issue with an incorrect account. AGL's response? Nothing. They obviously do not care about customers. Why do they spend so much trying to get new customers when they treat them like this? Time to change companies.

Nothing worse than a business with poor customer service. Except for AGL who have terrible and incompetent service.

Unbelievably poorest value for money.. they have no concern for their customers. Why are they increasing the export of our energy overseas at huge profits while prices go up each month on domestic tariffs with the excuse that energy resources are scarce ?
