Purchased a cheap deal through scoopon or groupon, worst haircut of my life, I had a staff do my hair, looked nothing like what I asked, came out looking like a boy I was so upset. I rung to discuss the problem they did tell me to come back in to fix it, but I just couldn't let staff butcher my hair again, would never go back even if it was free. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I waited a good month for my appointment, only to be left extremely disappointed. I'm sure the staff are lovely people but they just seemed really uninterested when it came to my appointment. I was left in the room by myself a few times while all 3 staff went elsewhere in the house.
My colour was very uneven, being extremely bright in some areas, and very faded in others and after one wash at home my previous colour is already showing through.
I asked for my fringe to be cut into a side fringe and all the hairdresser did was blowdry it to the side. Just overall very disappointed in the quality of service.
Helen and her team operate a small salon in the front of her home. It has ALL the comforts & look of a medium priced shop front salon. Comfortable salon chairs, 2 reclining hair rinsing chairs & basins and up to date fashion & gossip magazines, with pleasant background music.
