They change the price depending on what you look like and who is serving you at the counter. However, the quality is good compared to others in the area.

Very bad experience of my life. I asked the guy who was their 2nd senior most hairdresser to give me a long layered concave bob. Showed pictures and kept telling him to maintain my desired length which was longer than the shoulders.
He assured me I'll give u a 100percent don't u worry at all.
To my surprise I ended up getting ear length hair at the back and chin length from front! And had to pay 35$.even the lady at the counter was surprised. She said u thought you asked for a long cut.
My husband was totally sad to see me like that he loved my long hair.

I just had my Keratin treatment done at this salon. I had an $89 voucher from Groupon and had seen some bad reviews for this place so I was a little hesitant. Contrary to the bad reviews, I had a very positive experience. They started on me straight away, didn't have to wait a minute. The hairdressers were polite and friendly. They offered tea or coffee while I was waiting for the treatment to set. Sarah, the hairdresser who worked on my hair was informative and gentle on my hair. I walked out very pleased with the result and would definitely come again.

I purchased a voucher for keratin treatment plus cut and wash from Groupon for $89. I did read the fine print, which says an extra $20 surcharge for hair length which exceeds past shoulder. My hair was halfway down my back. Yet nowhere did I read $80 charge for hair length. I was actually charged an extra $80 by the staff. Cash. No customer service whatsoever; as soon as I walked in the first question I was asked after surrendering the voucher was had I read the fine print? What a joke. I also had a voucher for a Keratin treatment purchased from Groupon. I was very pleased with the service and the actual keratin treatment turned out very nicely! I found the staff very friendly and easy to talk to whilst they they were working on my hair.
