I do not like to complain ever but I went to Ahead of Time for a haircut and to get my sons hair cut for the first time. I did not enjoy this experience at all (and not because I son got upset).

I explained I would like my hair cut shorter and easy to do, (i am a mother after all) I had this for my last hair cut but the hairdresser suggested I keep my hair longer so I can pull it back into the unstylish ponytail I had when I walked in, staff was more interested in the products they use in the salon than what i had to say.
