Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely sneaky. They were not open and transparent with the fact that certain providers gave them a commission meaning we were left wondering if they had our best interests at heart. When we had to cancel our insurance due to our business going under during the coronavirus pandemic they took a 10% cut of our refund which we found incredibly unethical. Will never use them again.
