Avoid this company if you can. While they do sell good products, the issue is primarily with their poor service and workmanship which in this business is crucial. While the team had an accident which caused them to fall through the roof and damage my aircon vent/tubing at the same time, the team also tried to walk away from the job by simply patching up the ceiling. How deceptive of them to forget to re-install my aircon vent! While the director may say that they were always going to fix it, I would have been more satisfied had it been put in writing that they would have fixed it. His excuse was that they fixed everything I raised. That's not my job as your team should be qualified enough to restore something back to its original state if damaged.
