We are part of the Iwama Shinshin Aiki Shurenkai Organisation (Japan).
Aikido is a Japanese martial art commonly known as the 'way of harmonious spirit' or the 'art of peace and harmony'. Aikido employs fluid motion combined with shapes that are often found in nature to overcome superior strength and aggression. It's technical repertoire consists of powerful locking and pinning techniques and dynamic throws, as well as the use of sword and staff.
