DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I GIVE ZERO STARS Most terrible company ever!!! They INSIST the cleaning cannot be done unless FULL payment is given but they don't tell you this until the day or the day before!! First time the cleaners did not turn up... second time they were over 1/2 hour late!!! They turned up with about 6 packs of chux wipes and one bucket. (Ive moved a lot and bond cleaning with just chux wipes ..?..) Quotes are very good but they dont inspect prior to cleaning like most companies and then try to charge more than double the quote for extra rooms or it's to dirty. No refunds or rescheduling is given the cleaners "suggest" they will leave while you contact the company... then say you turned them away so you void all monies paid. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP!! Was originally quoted a price for a full bond clean and paid upfront, agent who took booking kept talking over us on the phone, then when they couldn't finish the job they then re quoted us another $200.

Customer service team was less then helpful and couldn't care less. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR CLEAN WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst service ever. My bond clean was booked for Friday at 5am and the cleaner was a no show. Back up cleaner was booked in for clean at 12pm Friday and sincerest apologies was given. 1pm came and still no cleaner. I was then promised that the cleaner would come by 3pm. 3:30pm and still no had arrived. Another call again. Was advised that the cleaner couldn't come until the next day. Clean was completed but it was very average. Also, my $2,500 wedding dress was left outside on the front patio (uncovered) and I was not notified that it was left outside the house until the next day when I received a text message from the cleaner. 

The real estate I am using to rent out my property have requested another clean as it wasn't to the standard required.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: "vague quotes" from Aim Home Services I had spoken to two sales staff over a week, and when AIM quoted me they took a list of all the things I wanted done to spring clean my house, then advised I take advantage of a package that they said would be most suitable for what I wanted done. When the cleaners turned up they assessed the list and told me how long the items would take and gave me another estimate, which was more than double what I was originally given as an estimate for the same list. When you call AIM and say it is wrong for sales staff to set wildly wrong expectations to sell their service, you are told to read the fine print and when you want to cancel because AIM sold you a service on the basis of wildly wrong expectations, they will charge you anyway. Very happy with not only customer service but quality of clean. I was let down by another cleaner and was able to organise Aim very quickly. Thankyou for all your help, much appreciated
