I recently purchased a drinking water unit with 3 filters . I used it but the filters were not filtering. The water was going right through. I sent a video to the company and they said it's not leaking, it's how it is.
The water has a horrid taste and they said that on their website it says it will change the taste of water.
I've had zazen water filter and it changed the taste but for the better . This tastes like tap water because it's really not doing the job and they are blaming me that I didn't follow instructions etc
I am now dealing with ombudsman and they are helping me. It is a fake company and fake filters etc
Please dont fall in the trap
