We do not do repairs. We do not do servicing. Our installs do not need repairs or servicing. If your AC has been installed right it will never lose its gas. If your AC has been installed right, and the filters cleaned regularly, the only maintenance required is at every 5 year mark, get a pro AC tech out to pull the head unit apart, sanitize and clean the fan and grills, grease the moving parts and put it back together. organised an installation for my grandparents in brisbane, who were very happy with the job AC Expert did. before even starting they went through the whole process with my grandparents, they also cleaned up after themselves. other companies tried to charge us more but Simon didn't, he helped us figure out which unit was best for the place and where to put it. glad we went ahead with them, will be recommending you guys to all friends and family. thanks again
Inability to claim government rebate, shoddy workmanship. I requested a panasonic 5kw split system be installed and detailed in writing that it must meet the requirements for the available rebates. After the install the air conditioner was very wobbly (mounted on two tiny 35mm x 70mm pieces of pine suspended between poles 3 metres apart) and didn’t comply with all rebates. I emailed them to come back and fix to comply with rebates and was told it would be done within one or two weeks, but then they never came back (its now been 2 months). Multiple attempts to contact but was hung up on repeatedly.

They arrived but didn't provide the service because of a "vote yes" sign for marriage equality that we had.

Becasue of that, I'm going to call them to install 6 split systems at my factory. Nice to see a a business where the $ is not almighty.

Ours was installed today with professional tradesman. One of the few trades I can say that we will definitely use again. Our experience recently has been horrible. Of all the guys who worked on this reno with us, ACExpert were the only ones arrived on the right day, and kept to their quote. Everybody else tried to sting for extra this and that. Highly recommended Installers
