Great service from the start to finish.
I found Air Fusion by searching on line. Their website content combined with the reviews here convinced me to give them a go.
Aaron was around the same day I rang up. Aaron's honest, no nonsense advice and experience matched up with what I'd researched and was looking for (reverse cycle air conditioning). I knew I didn't have to look any further.
Each of the Air Fusion team know their stuff and answered all my question and requests (very much appreciated) and whole process ran so smoothly - from Katrina on the phone/email to Rob and Gavin doing the instalation The communication was always clear, prompt and easy.
If I have any more heating/cooling needs I will be going back to Air Fusion. And reommending them, of course.
All I can say is from the minute Aaron came to quote to the installers installing our system we were so impressed. The man knows his stuff and the installers were amazing. If we ever moved or needed air conditions again or if any one we know does, they are the first people we will call and recommend. Keep up the good work.
As soon as I saw Air Fusions showroom whilst driving past, I knew I just had to call to arrange for someone to come out and provide a quotation.
It has been so easy since my first phone call, where I arranged with Katrina to have Aaron come out to provide a quotation, the same day! Aaron arrived precisely on time which is impressive, and his wealth of knowledge pretty much convinced me straight away that I wanted his company to install my air conditioning! I've never been more impressed with a company coming to quote and install a product. I had two companies come and quote and it was chalk and cheese. Air Fusion was first and Peter took time to give advice and discuss and pros and cons of where to install the unit. He advised that extra space would have to be created on the switchboard and that would be included in the quote as their guys are qualified electricians and plumbers and all be done on the day, no fuss. Quote would be emailed. Very impressed, hard act to follow. Second company came and I was advised (after he consulted his electrician by phone) that I could 'get away with it' (meaning the switchboard), but, 'I would not be able to use the aircon, oven and make a cuppa at the same time' ,,, what?
