DID NOT SHOW UP

Booked one month in advance and received confirmation of the transfer. I was told the booking was CONFIRMED.
Sunday morning 6 am, they did not show up. I rang the only number I could find and it was an office number so of course no one was there.
There were five of us (including 3 children) with lots of suitcases, left stranded without any transport. We managed to find an alternative means of transport but we almost missed the flight.
The company is now refusing to refund my money. In fact, MINA (the customer service officer) is sending very sarcastic emails to me and it's bordering on harassment.
What sort of an organisation refuses a $55 refund for a job they didn't do?

NO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY, THEY GIVE NO SERVICE. I don't know how anyone can give them more stars.

I called them once I got off the plane, they sent me to the incorrect bus stop. Seven calls later, three saying the dirive was 5 minutes away and 45 minutes later, I caugh a cab after demanding a full refund. Guess what...no refund and no service either. I wish I had read the review before booking but that really wouldn't have helped as Viator didn't give the company name until the recipe came throug. Air Bus had the tenacity to state I didn't resond to their emial. I could ask what email as they never sent one. I would give no stars but that's just not possible. ONCE AGAIN, TO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY.

Room for improvement, but overall service was pretty good. Shuttle been organised from the hotel for an early morning flight back to Brisbane. Alain the Driver met me in the lobby and assisted with my luggage. It took about 35-40 min to get to airport due to some traffic.
Recommended - Yes, especially being very reasonably priced.

Reasonable service for the amount paid - $16 one way.
Had to wait about 20 minutes at the airport for the bus to arrive, but it is shared shuttle so no complaints.

Will use in the future.

I booked my transfer and purchased a ticket using their website. Once I arrived, I called them to advise that I already arrived at the international airport. As I am new in Sydney, the operator provided directions on how to get to the pick-up location. He told me that the driver will be there within half an hour. The driver was prompt and I was able to get to my hotel in the CBD in no time. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
