AirCondition Doctor staff were fast friendly and efficient but the best part was their logical placement of my air conditioner. It was aesthetically pleasing and practical both inside and outside compared to where the other companies wanted to place my air conditioner. They are very competitive price wise also.
I had these guys out to my place six months ago, assuming that the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I paid $300 for nothing. Do not trust them. I have asked them to rectify the original issue, and they have failed to respond. Apparently they guarantee their work for 'one week'. I have now contacted Fair Trading.
I had the Aircon Doctor come out to fix a problem and do a service on our spilt system airconditioner this morning. The serviceman rang half hour before he came. Found the problem, fixed it, cleaned the filters and gave me some good advice on how to do it myself. I could not have been happier with the service that he provided and the price was good.
