When dealing with tradesmen you want seamless communication, on time attendance, professional installation, and a friendly demeanor. We got all that with Barry and James plus a bonus of highlighting a cash rebate on the unit we purchased. We are very happy with our Panasonic split system and the service offered by Airfridge. Highly recommended. Greg & Sue Smith.
Barry installed two aircons into my rental (which was undergoing a renovation) without me even meeting him. He dealt with my project manager on-site and did a fabulous job. The installation was clean and professional and he cleaned up completely afterwards. I would highly recommend AirFridge to anybody looking to install air conditioning into their home in Melbourne.
Barry and his team installed a new Panasonic split system in our apartment last week.
The team are very professional, their work is first class.
They were able to successfully deal with the owners corporation (many other tradies have failed here). The manager even complimented me on my choice of trades person.
We will certainly be using airfridge again.
Weeks ago, I booked to have them come to my house to give a quote. They couldn't tell me a time, so I had to take the whole day off work. I called the Friday before to confirm, and they confirmed and said "the guys" would ring me Monday morning. By 11:30am I hadn't heard anything, so I called again, and was again told that "the guys" would ring me before they came to my house. At 4:30, still nothing! So I called AGAIN, and, surprise surprise, no answer, they had obviously gone home for the day. So I have wasted an entire day trapped in my house, not at work, have confirmed and reconfirmed, and nothing! I am about to call them now to complain, but will not be rescheduling with them, I can't afford to waste another day of my life. I know Melbourne has had a heatwave and they probably have work coming out of their ears, but that is no excuse for showing complete contempt for a person who wants to spend money with you.
Sorry Jo.. Some incoming phone calls during the Melbourne heat wave were Missed, It did catch out alot of people, & I am afraid It was Impossible for the office staff to Keep up with the calls.
Your Comment (surprise surprise, no answer, they had obviously gone home for the day)
The Techs hours where from sun rise till Night Fall, every day from Monday to Saturday even some Sundays as well,
We dont have any salesmen that Price Jobs, The tech that Quotes the Job Does the Job, It may not be the Best Methode, But it keeps the Consumer price down,
& Guarantees You Get what you pay for 100% everytime,

You either get the great salesman who couldnt hammer a nail straght ,or the guy who grunts & moans ..These guys where dedication to do the job right ,No short Cuts or in a rush to get to the Pub. I had 2 different companys have a look at what i wanted, & they both were Scared off, Too hard, Too Complicated ETC ...read more
