Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. I originally had a split system put in my home living area in 2014 by AIrnow Airconditoning and then recently had air conditioning put in my remedial massage clinic from them as well. I was very happy with the entire service from start to finish. I would highly reccommend this company for their reliability and professional workmanship.

We had ducted air installed in our home 12 months ago, we were really happy with the installation and quality of the system. We booked a service as the weather was warming up and wanted to get in before the rush, while on site the technician let us know that we were missing a filter off our unit from installation and that he would organise the filter. We received the account that afternoon requesting prompt payment which was not an issue and we paid, however I did ring and ask when we would be likely to see our missing filter, the office person said she knew nothing about the filter but would ask the technician and get back to me. A long story but after me chasing with four phone calls and three emails we still have not received our filter, it's been 3 months, really pleased with the unit but not happy with the after sales service and follow up.

We recently had our air conditioner serviced by Airnow. Ty was punctual, friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family.
