Issues: 1) not even close to completing small bathroom / kitchen renovation after 7 weeks despite multiple deadlines and receiving (under pressure) full payment, 2) poor workmanship: flooded an entire floor, blocked drains with concrete, destroyed floorboards through carelessness, attached bath spout below level of bath, ordered stone workstops despite being unable to make kitchen cabinets level, etc. 3) conduct: lacks any sense of integrity, is unreliable and utterly unprofessional.
