Sorry, but if you're looking for a safe and professional place to leave your horse for agistment and training look somewhere else! The property is a horse-owner's nightmare of a tip, with rusted corrugated iron sheds, dodgy fencing (a couple of star pickets and one strand of electric tape that is more often off than on, or some chicken wire does not a fence make), rubbish everywhere including wire, broken bricks and piles of old fence posts with rusty nails and corrugated iron sheets, gates held together with wire, barely controlled dogs that bark and hurl themselves at the tin fencing incessantly and water troughs I've seen run dry before mid-afternoon in the height of summer. Pretty much everything in the "tack room" was stored on the floor. The management has only minimal expertise with complex "problem solving" and doesn't really know how to think creatively to solve genuinely ingrained or unusual fear/reactions in horses.
