Communication is terrible, I understand being busy but they didn't have to be rude and hang up on me. I was just trying to give them an alternative number to call because my phone was dying and I was locked out the whole day, i still haven't had any help from them because they never contacted me back until the afternoon, the next day. Refusing to acknowledge we spoke on the phone previously. He didn't tell me much when I didn't understand, other than theres nothing i can do and i need to calm down, and he was really defensive and rude. I eventually found out that I just needed to call the owner of my property first, but after being locked out for a whole day and 2 phone calls I believe that's something that should have been said first before loosing your cool with a customer. Thank god I'm moving soon and don't have to deal with this again if another emergency comes up
