In such a short period weve returned back to one of our favourite Indian restaurants in the west. The service here is by far one of the friendless Ive been too. Again simply reiterating on our last visit in which the wait wasnt too long. Started with papadums and chutney, as for entre we had Chicken Tikka and Samosas. With the main, we had Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh and Eggplant Masala and Chicken Biryani. Of course you cant have an indian meal without nann bread or rice. Finished off with Gulab Jamun, sweet dumpling. For drinks I tried the mango lassi for the first time, colour was quite bizzare but tasted just perfect! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic indian cusine and great service at a reasonable price. Its located in an industrial area off a main road just near the supermarket centre.
hmm, looking at the other reviews it seems I need to try the Chicken Biriyani. I have never eaten in here but regularly get curries, naan & rice take away. Overall these items are good but not great. The curries are usually tasty but meat portions are small & often they are poor cuts. breads are good but for what you pay, I always expect more....Biriyani next & then a re-review!
One of our favorites in the west. By far the best chicken Biriyani I've ever had - it is so popular this dish that they developed a loyalty card. (they mentioned that the Biriyani is also available in goat - looking forward to trying that next time round). The service was very friendly, prompt and enjoyed all our dishes that was ordered.
