Al Martino's Illawong
Really disgusted with the service.. I waited in line for 5 minutes before someone came out and started serving the people in front of me at the front desk, the woman in front got served, and then the waitstaff looked over me, and started serving the woman behind me, saying to her that they were busy but could fit them in, I stood there in shock waiting for them to realise I was still waiting, and that I had been ignored, but they continued to look through me and went out the back. I walked out feeling quite angry and red in the face.
Never going there again. Shocking service. From what I'm lead to believe the food isn't that great either.
We went after getting some vouchers from social living thought would be a good chance to check Al martino's the last visit as soon as the waitress saw we we had a voucher we were treated like second class citizens the glass of wine hardly covered the bottom of the glass and the waitress had attitude to burn.food was OK but visit was let down by the attitude
I took my wife there for her b/day 6/6/2012 and it was wonderfull. They took care of the cake I hade delivered and the food and service was just brilliant.
It looks small from the front door but opens up at the back, very cosy.
Big hello to Nadia's Cakes as well.
Would recomend it to anyone.
