Al Martino's Panania

Had a small function at Al Martino's Panania recently, Caesar (manager) and staff were extremely accommodating with all requests we had no problems. All of our guests gave positive feedback to us about their night out. Food and service were exceptional. We have grown up in this area and Al Martino's has been the best Italian restaurant around here as long as we can remember. Looking forward to our next visit!

Went for a meal last week. Terrible service? NO! ?...NO SERVICE. We asked for menu to buy a drink after 10 mins and noone even making eye contact with us. We begged to order drinks. We begged to order food. We begged to get the entrees they failed to bring out. Food. Poor. Barramundi 100% nicer at other restaurant. Plate full of watery kumera mash. Lived Panania 30 years. Used to be nice. Don't bother

understaffed, appauling customer service. Tried to organise a funtion for my daughters 21st and know one would return my calls or provide me with any details in regards to any packages they offer.

If I could rate them minus, I would! I have lived in Picnic Point for over 15 years and never I have I ever received such poor quality of service. There was no management when we went there. We sent 2 meals back because the chicken was NOT cooked, and when the meals came back they were clearly still not cooked but we were told it was 'just the light' We immediately sent the food back and told them to cancel our order upon leaving we received our bill in which they had tried to charge us for the 4 meals sent back! When asking to be phoned by the management the next day we were told does not make personal phone calls. If you would like to wait an hour an a half for any service whilst there was 4 staff behind the counter chatting away then that would be the only time I would recommend it.

overpriced, poor quality , dine in experiance was slow and attrotious they could not get me to return if they payed me and ive lived in the area for years tried it a few times it never gets better i think if i was going to pay such high prices ide try a crust pizza from the new shop next door at least its nice even if too expensive as well but at least nice
