Al Porto Vecchio

I returned here with my wife and while the food was still very good, I was not happy. Look at the photo. Two boards next to each other and the clear implication that $12 covers all meals on both boards. WRONG. The second board is more pricey. A small issue for some but a bug bear for me. And staff were not interested when I raised it.

The food's probably ok, but I guess we'll never know.

We were seated for 20 minutes, without being even offered a menu.

Yes, we did politely ask.. But no waiter appeared.

OK, I get it, you were understaffed..
Though you'd agree that 20 minutes should have been plenty of time to offer some degree of service..

We finally left... and ate elsewhere

Very nice wood fired pizzas at a fair price. But they also have great meals for a paltry $12 and they are large plates. I will return to taste more

Food took an hour and 10 minutes to come out, they then forgot one meal completely. The food that did make it out was of very poor quality and cold. Service was slow and staff seemed bored and rude. Never wasting my money there again!!

Food took forever to come out & wasn't very nice. I say on a chair & the legs snapped. I'm only a very small person & received no apology. Will never go there again.
