Took an order weeks in advance for a fresh Christmas turkey, payment made of $72 and a date set for pick up, 19th December. No turkey was there for me on the 19th but a promise made of a turkey for 21st or 22nd at the latest. They failed, no fresh turkey BUT I could have a frozen one or pay another $25 for a bigger one. Just 2 days before Christmas and with 20 dinner guests expected on the day.
