I have been going there for almost 3 years. I have had amazing hairdressers such as Sonya and celein who have been looking after my hair over the years.
Yesterday I went for a crew cut unfortunately I was booked with Monica! She literally destroyed my hair. She should not be on the chair. Having a long day doesn’t justify ruining someone’s specious hair ( that was her excuse)
If I could I would give her -100 on the ratings!!
Worst haircut of my life!!
What a rip off this place is. Their charges are astronmical. Be warned. They wanted $115 just for a simple cut!! Needless to say I turned the cut down and went elsewhere for that, in the same complex, where I paid $40 and got the best haircut I have ever had. They also charged me One hundred and sixty eight dollars for a so called ballayage where they bleached my hair and then put a toner in. It lasted one wash!!! They said it would last about 3 weeks. The haidresser I had was very sweet but she has only worked there for a short time so it's not as if you are paying for top notch hairdressers. It's pot luck really. I will never ever return and too, the coffee was bitter... they couldn't even get that right.

I came in to the salon with damaged hair and very little style to my hair. Alan took the time to explain and recommend what I would needed to improve the look and feel of my hair. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a behave treatment colour and cut, my hair has never looked and felt better. Thank you Alan and the team.
Decided to try this salon as I desperately needed my balayage re-done. I’m Normally very skeptical with trying new places but my hairdresser was on an extensive holiday. They were very patient, helpful and professional. Their guidance with picking the right colour for my skin tone was outstanding, it turned out perfect. Thank you Alan and his team I will definitely be returning
