I provide all training and accreditation to allow you to apply to the Qld Office of Fair Trading to gain your Motor Sales or Motor Dealer licence. Advice on "suitability" as defined by Office of Fair Trading is provided at first contact.

Free advice on suitability of operating premises is also provided.

Assistance with compilation of your application and arrangement of all supporting documentation is included at no additional cost. I ensure that you are in the best possible position to obtain your licence and meet all Qld. Office of Fair Trading and Queensland Transport laws.

I provide training for compliance with AUR31016 Units of Competence ( commonly known as "modules" )

For clients new to the industry, coaching in compliation of the sales contract is provided, that is, when you complete the session(s) with me you will be confident in completing a contract of sale for a vehicle and all other documentation as required by the Qld. Office of Fair Trading. Samples of signage and required notices are included as part of course materials.

I specialise in accreditation for car, truck, motorcycle and caravan sales people employed, or plan to be, in new or used vehicle sales.

Unlimited support and advice on warranty issues is also offered on an ongoing basis at no further cost. I will write responses for you to respond to customers if complaint or demand is made

We can meet at a mutually convenient office or I will come to your place of business or home to conduct the training and accreditation, no large classes, online or correspondence, only one on one, or small groups (2-3 if known to each other ).
