I was recently contacted by my elderly neighbors, worried and upset as they had lost some power to their house. It was late evening, raining, and one of the elderly people is bed ridden in an electric controlled chair. Having been pleased when I used this electrician previously, I phoned Alan's Electrical, and (the father) arrived within 20 minutes. The problem was solved, and he also fixed a broken light switch. When told the price - we were genuinely shocked - at how LOW it was!! All around, excellent service and some very relieved neighbors.

I had the guys do some work for me the other week and was very pleased with their work. They did the work neatly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I was also very pleased with the price.

Arrived on time, excellent service, great price. The boys were very helpful and i would definately have them back in the future.

Absolutely appauling! After having a very near miss & having the life scared out of me by one Alan's Electrical Employee's I am disgusted. This employee thought it would be amusing to use my local street as a race track a company vehicle. While I was sitting waiting for traffic to pass with my indicator on, this Alans Electrical staff was clearly not paying attention or has no respect for others, speeding & very nearly caused a very serious accident. I have skids marks running 20meters down my street from his sudden braking & fishtailing from speeds of 100km + - 0km in seconds before almost crashing into the back of my car. They had plenty of room to go around my car but due to speed obviously couldnt. They then had the hide to abuse me out of their window. Good business practices?? I think not. I hope this staff does not kill someone one day due to actions like today.
