These storage units are in very poor condition - you get what you pay for... they are the cheapest in town for a reason.
I stored items from a fully furnished house in their for 12 months and removed all my items to find the unit had been leaking water through the brick work. Moisture damaged home theatre system (worth $1000), mould over multiple items, and a lounge that was absolutely drenched, luckily i had plastic covering it so it was just damp but unfortunately it just smells like mould.
The owners/agent refused to assist with my claim of these issues, despite them agreeing it was recognised as problem. Highly DO NOT recommend this place. The gutters are full of leaves with plants growing out of them and when it rains the place is obviously in need of maintenance.
At my expensive I have now had to lodge an insurance claim on my contents.
