My experience was that I was interested in a particular Kia SUV and I initially found the sales rep to be friendly etc so a purchase by cash was made for over $30k.
Promises were given with regards to the 7 year factory warranty however several weeks later AFTER the purchase I encountered issues with getting the warranty activated which also came with free RAC roadside assist.

Excellent customer service from Jade.
My financial state is not that strong so I needed a sales person who could understand my situation. I could only afford to purchase a cheap secondhand car and Albany Autos had just the car I was looking for and for the right price.
Jade went out of his way to provide me with as good a customer service experience as I have ever encountered.
