PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE & ABUSE, I unknowingly went to a computer store Albatross computers also with a sign for Since computers. Took a laptop in to replace the insert for the charger wire, a week later it stopped working, I had previous trouble with it so took his word when he said it died. I proceeded to purchase a second hand Asus for $200 found the DVD drive did not work returned it, when I went to pick it up he had it in prices and it was broken at the hinge, he accused me of bringing in like that, then proceeded yelling at me, I was fearful for my safety.
He consistently complained how sick he was, I told him he should not be taking on customers, clearly just an excuse to be abusive inefficient & down right incompetent
I am going back in for my original laptop to get a second opinion elsewhere, I will be taking a police escort
It's all on video and the lady concerned is confusing her story with the truth.
Not only did they backup my contacts they organised my entire backup and recovery for both the phone and tablet. Took a lot of time to sort out my lost login stuff, but now got a sheet with everything I need to do it myself.
He does what the phone guys can't what a champion
Visited this store today and foumd the owner to be aggressive and abusive.
We simply wamted to return item we had jusy bought as it was the wrong type. He refused to give money back and went as far as to close the door on us. Worst customer service ever...shop stunk of dpg and cockroaches running around...would never go back again..
When a person walks up the street and finds a cheaper product they are not entitled to return for a refund. If you insist on a refund then I might insist that you leave the premises. Shopkeepers have rights too.
My experience in dealing with Albatross Computers Woy Woy was absolutely horrible. I read the many customer testimonials on their web site and I now doubt the integrity and/or the legitimacy of those comments, as I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my entire life. The lady who answers the phone is pleasant, however the man in the service area who I believe is also the owner treated my partner and I in the worst possible way. I dont want to name anybody personally but my experience with this company is not one that I am ever willing to recommend. On their website the testimonials mention that Albatross Computers go above and beyond but that was certainly not our experience. I definately recommend people to do their research please...
