Because the diamonds have been passed down from my great grandmother they were very special to me and I love what you have done. Its like it was when it was new.

The customer service you offered me was far superior to many of the jewellers that I have dealt with in the past. You genuinely put forth a great effort to understand what I truly desired. I was impressed with how well you kept your composer when I made such high demands of you. The quality of the workmanship was truly impeccable! You even surpassed many of the promises that you made. I highly recommend your superior services to many of my family members and colleges. I appreciate the dedication that you gave to make the beautiful piece of jewellery that sits stunningly on my finger. I went to Albens/Loose Diamonds International to purchase a diamond. I also decided to get them to make my engagement ring as well (BIG MISTAKE!) which they promised would be ready in 2 weeks. After multiple phone calls, delays, poor communication and excuses my ring was ready 1 week late and 1 day prior to my engagement party. When I collected the ring, I immediately noticed that the basket holding the diamond was not even on all sides it was unpolished in some areas and the finish was nothing like what I had originally chosen. I was promised they'll fix the ring but suggested that we pay the full amount for it so I could wear it at the party and return it on Monday. We did not take the ring and they said they would contact us that night to discuss fixing it. They did not contact us. I think it is only fair to respond to such statement. The ring was made within the time agreed with you. The constant and rude phone calls were both time wasting and annoying as well as unnecessary. You insisted on a hand made platinum ring with an open windowed basket setting when a precision machine made setting is what you really should have had, which we did in fact offer you. We also in fact offered to remake the whole ring again which you initially agreed to. You wanted to take the ring for the weekend however I explained to you that without payment we would not be covered by insurance and I could not release a 1.24ct diamond without payment. I still offered to take your credit card details without putting them through and if you did not return then we would put the payment through at a later stage. The only 'BIG MISTAKE' you made was losing a fantastic deal being a platinum ring with a 1.24ct Round brilliant diamond. Good luck. Andrea.
I just wanted to post a sincere thank you for the effort you Graham and the staff put into getting my rings ready on time. I love mine its beautiful and I'm glad you sugested platinum.
