I had a wonderful experience with Alberts Car Stereo Osborne Park when I got my IROAD V9 dash cam. I was happy with the price for the supply and installation.
When the front camera was originally installed, I was a bit concerned with it's placement, which they happily fixed the next week.
I also found the weekend store manager to be very good to deal with, his passion for the job and good customer service was also great!
Very unprofessional group. Give quotes on equipment they later tell you they are unable to fit, then refuse to give back the $1080 of OUR money we left as a deposit for the equipment they were unable to install. It has taken almost a year of hearing they will call us back and still nothing is resolved. Asked to speak with management numerous times but staff will not release contact number. What sort of business management makes if they were uncontactable to customers..... Now the only way is to lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce. TIP: DO NOT PAY in advance for their services.... Wait until the work is done!
