Fantastic customer service and incredibly helpful. I turned up as Frank was opening up on Wednesday to ask for help with changing over the pedals on my Tri bike. Frank swiftly did it all for me free of charge, as well as straightening my bike seat! Will definitely be back with any bike related matters.

Quality staff, very knowledgeable and always give you plenty of their time to make sure you are satisfied. They didn't have in store my size shoe and were immediately on the phone to order me a pair in. Great service.

Very unfriendly! The rude guy on the phone said that I could come over with my bike and when I got there he told me "We dont do this!", without even looking at my bike. What a shocker :(

Frank and his dedicated staff go well and truly out of their way to ensure my bike and equipment are working perfectly and have worked overtime on numerous occasions for me to have it before an event. It is great to know when out of the road where safety is paramount that I can trust all my equipment with Albion.

They also give a huge amount of money and time back to developing cycling in the community - this is why I will always choose in store rather than online - and Cam will always give the best price possible.

Frank, Cam, Jeff and the crew were absolutely fantastic. If you want personal and honest advice, fair prices and top notch service I couldn't recommend Albion more highly.



To mirror some of the comments below, they're definitely not just a shop for pros or die hard roadies as I just bought my dream commuter from them complete with panniers and SKS guards. Although there were some delays in ordering the bike, the team kept me well up to date and tried to help me out as much as possible. I'm sure I'll be back to buy a roady one day...
