Jon St. Clair is an English Session Musician and professional music teacher specializing in Guitar. A graduate of world renowned Brighton Institute Of Modern Music and founder of rock school based in Olympic Studios London and Scream Studio's Brighton has now arrived in Melbourne and teaching privately, Jon is also the in-house Guitar & Piano tutor at 3 private schools across Melbourne.

He is fully qualified to teach any style of Guitar, theory, aural skills and song writing. He has performed in many bands, theater and film soundtracks for over 15 years in London, Brighton, Paris, New York and now Melbourne. He has taught Guitar for 10 years and boasts a proven track-record of method teaching.

He has a degree in Music from NYU. He is part of the Registry of Guitar Tutors England, has written articles on Teaching Theory for Guitarist Magazine and Total Guitar. He was a Guitarist in a successful indie band based in Brighton England

In a relaxed atmosphere you can quickly progress in any style. I strongly recommend a free 15 minute meet and greet to discuss your ambitions, musical preferences, progression expectation and an opportunity to get to know each other and have a jam.

With a teaching Studio 5 minutes from Anstey Station, he is now available for casual private tuition for only $40 P/H or a 10 Week course for $350 with guaranteed results.

Grade teaching and TAFE courses are also available. All ages and levels are welcome. Police checked for teaching children.
