Albion Park Medical Practice

I have been going to this medical practice for 15 years, and I can honestly attest to the fact that the doctors and all of the staff are absolutely fantastic. Dr Le is my doctor, but I have had dealings with all of the doctors in the practice with my family, and they are all friendly, helpful and dedicated. The reception girls are friendly and helpful, and attuned to the patients needs and mood. I can only speak highly of my experiences with this medical practice.

I went there to have a blood test and the receptionist walked into the room when I was being treated, looked at me with disrespect and rolled her eyes And half shut the door Without saying a word. When I had finished, I said to her that it was rude what she did. She replied by saying I was rude by making noise in the surgery. I told her I was a patient and that was rude. Another time the doctor I was seeing there appeared hesitant at asking the reception for help on a referral because it was their lunch time. Who is running the practice??? May I remind them that the people that go there are sick and don't need to be treated with such arrogance and disrespect. I was there having a blood test for my recurring cancer. I won't be going back!
