Oh my lawd! This is the only paediatrics office for miles and don't those office ladies wield their power!! There is no alternative so you just have to accept their poor treatment. RUDE SHOUTY TEXT MESSAGES THREATENING TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT you've waited months for. Rough and repellent phone manner where they ignore what you've said and then in a curt and aggressive manner demand you give them the information you've just provided. Just horrible. Our doc however is terrific and mostly runs on time, big thumbs up.
I had an incrediabley rude experiance my self horrible service from recption staff. Mangment refused to deal with the situation of loosing medical documentation. recption staff refusing to accept negligence in loss of documentation. and absalutly disgusting attituded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
