Alchemy Brisbane is a relatively high-end restaurant focusing on modern innovative cuisine.

Had an awesome experience here with the staff and the ambience.

The food was delicious on all accounts and the gastronomy take on dessert was awesome - They simply take a simple item such as honeycomb and chocolate and dip it in liquid nitrogen - this changes not only the texture but the flavour as well.

The only reason I haven't offered the full 5 stars was the beef cheek recommendation that the chef specialises in. The dish was nice but tasted almost identical to most beef cheek dishes i've eaten previously.

Still 9/10 would recommend!

Loved dinner here! Everthing was amazing! Food, service and the experience. It's great for a date nite!

Excellent service and very well cooked food. Had the famous beef cheek and significant other had a ocean trout. Both well cooked, looked great and tasted delicious. Also one of the best wait service I have experienced. Book ahead though, it is a small area. Be prepared to wait if you drop in with out an appointment.

I agree with the previous comments! Service A1, Food A1, Ambience A1, and let's not forget the view!!
