Aldi

Not the biggest Aldi, and can be a bit of a squeeze navigating around on a busy Saturday. However, the shelves are always well-stocked, and they seem to have most if not all registers open so you move through pretty quickly.

I am disappointed by the lack of halal options in their meat section. Aldi you need to pick up your game!

I went in to purchase two items in their catalogue that I needed for our Orthodox Easter. (And for those like my neighbour who do not know, we are Christian AND Orthodox are Hellenes (Greeks), Ukranians, Russians, Copts, Rumanians...). They both had none AND not even spaces where they may have been. Most unimpressed.

This aldi is much smaller than many of the others I have been to which sadly means they don't tend to stock all of the regular items that other stores do. I also find the baskets in the middle which carry homeware items are often messy, items randomly thrown anywhere and often items are laid out without a price overhead of them.

That said, they do have a much bigger liquor section which is always laid out nicely and the staff are always friendly and helpful

This Aldi can be busy on the weekend but there is parking around the back which is much easier to access than the parking at...
