This store has hit a new low. ALDI customer service could not be worse. There is a culture at ALDI that allows staff to treat customers with no respect or courtesy whatsoever. Why ALDI thinks check out speed trumps basic respect for others is beyond me. It seems that if you are paying less for products the ethos is that you should be treated like you're worthless. The atmosphere at ALDI sucks. From the long faces of miserable staff who stock the shelves, to the width of the aisles, to the checkout operators who snap and tell us how to place our trolley (despite it being the most awkward positon for us) or repeatedly asking us how we are going to pay before we are ready to answer. Thre is no doubt that ALDI instruct their staff to behave in this manner. Would it kill ALDI to give customers a second more to breathe? Aldi was better two years agi when I sent on Sydney. Now it's an old supermarket not tidy and prices are too high.

Whilst not as large as some of the more popular suburban Aldi stores, there is still a great range of groceries, fresh food, alcohol and random household goods at regular low prices. Friendly service although I wish there were more registers open, particularly on Saturdays as the lines are usually quite long. Free parking offered within the complex which is an added bonus. The layout is a little cramped but you can quickly wander your way through with little fuss.
