Aldi

Every time I buy pre-packed fruit or veg such as apples or onions there is always one or two pieces in a pack that is half-rotten, this is done deliberately to get rid of their stock thinking people can't be bothered bringing a couple of pieces back that has gone off, so make sure you keep your receipts.

I am a regular shopper at Aldi. Last week I was served by "Sash" and I found her rude also. Generally though, I have found the staff at the Noosaville store to be helpful and courteous. I don't mind having to use my token, which I purchased at Aldi, to use the trolley and get it upon returning the trolley when I have completed my shopping and loaded the car. I always take my own reuseable shopping bags, which I use wherever I shop. If this all helps keep the grocery prices down, I don't mind at all. If you use the express lanes at Woolies or Coles and do it all yourself, you are still paying higher prices!

Got served here this afternoon by a girl called "Sash" she was so rude and practically threw my grociers at me. I could not get them in the trolley in time and things were falling on the ground which she completely ignored. I thought the service was terrible, If she worked in my business she would be out the door. Horrible experience and I am a local who often shops there. Very disappointing.

I arrived at Aldi this morning to purchase a generator on special. Told by a staff member, they were all sold out and I missed out, adding..ya shoulda got here earlier!. Well, easy to see that management puts a ceiling on the amount of profit they want for the days trading. Happy they do not work for me with such a poor customer and business attitude. Aldi in my view, will with this limited ability to supply demand, eventually be pushed out of the market place by the multi-nationals that can.
