received a style cut and blow wave from one of your stylists and it was one of the poorest snips i have had. fair enough it was from 1998 but i can't imagine things have changed, half a star and that''s only cause of the free minties

Not impressed at all my 5 year old went in with beautiful blonde curls a trim was requested he came out with a horrible granny style cut at least 3 inches gone, layers hacked in & most of the blondes gone! Surely a trained hairdresser should know how to handle natural curls he has got up the morning after crying his hairs like a mushroom, I'm one very unhappy customer!!!

If you're looking for something a bit more fancy there are other places,maybe the other person on the phone could have been nicer.I have been going there for years,just for a trim,always looks good and they spend a fair bit of time on it.

RUDE! i called to ask about having my extensions cut in, they rudely tell me "no.we dont have ANYTHING to do with extensions.we wont even trim them.bye"and hung up.DISGUSTING SERVICE.
