Fantastic! I had a broken mains water pipe which was causing damage to my house. Richard and his team came promptly over to identify and rectify the plumbing emergency. Their communication and service was second to none. So was the quality and expertise of their workmanship. This is the old school service that is very rare these days. Couldn't be happier!! I always hate getting plumbers as I’ve never had a good one. Late, don’t even show, shabby workmanship but Alexander Gas & Plumbing has changed all that.

Absolutely wonderful, prompt service. I called in need of an urgent fix to our hot water (gas) system and received a call back the next morning. Richard walked me through what needed to be done, booked me in on the spot and came on time, squeezing me in quickly even though he was busy - and even better the quote get gave me over the phone was spot on. Highly recommend!
The one & only plumber you’ll need, truly!! I’ve had Richard come to our house for several jobs, and every time he’s done top-notch professional work, been so helpful & considerate of your house & family needs, and actually turn up (unlike some trades) & on time!!! Becoming rare these days. He actually delivers on his company’s value & mission statement. Highly recommended. As a first home buyer, the process is nerve-racking enough, let alone having to deal with plumbing issues!
