Not Good. Bought a beautiful dress, but it had an ink defect/ stain on the bum. They promised a refund or replacement. Never happened. I have no dress and no refund. Lots of polite emails later ... Nothing. Doesn't pay to be nice, so ... No more Mr Nice Guy.

Bought a dress over a year ago. It had an ink stain on the bum so I called them straight away. I only had a short time before I needed it for my niece's 21st. They suggested trying a dry clean at their expense and if it didn't work return it and they would refund or replace. Dry clean didn't work. Sent it back with copies of dockets. Never got a replacement or a refund. Sooo many phone calls and emails. They were very polite in the emails (as was I) and promised they were working on it. Then they just stopped replying. $200 for the dress + dry cleaning + return postage down the drain and no dress to show for it. Can't justify even a half star but am required to give at least that ...

Unfortunately I had a stressful experience buying a dress from this business online. The dress was slightly different to the one pictured on the website and they were most unhelpful, refusing to give a refund despite their obligation to according to consumer affairs, they were impossible to contact by phone and sent abrupt replies to my polite emails. Wouldn't recommend doing business online with them! I gave up in the end and kept the dress as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Have never worn the dress though :(

A lovely boutique whcih is offen referred to in local fashion columns. Set in an old house, there are four rooms of clothes. A great store, set in a great location.
