Terrible, terrible service...
The receptionist is very rude and doesn't seem to care whether people come in or not. I was told there'd be a 10 minute wait after getting to my appointment early, but still had to wait an extra 30 minutes before being seen to, with no apology.
Getting in contact with someone is also really hard, the phone ringing out several times during business hours. I'd rather pay to go somewhere where the staff are professional and the office is able to be contacted.
I made an appointment and then went to a massive effort to leave work early to get there. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time - and it was all closed up. No one answered the phone, no message to let me know my appointment was cancelled.
Terrible service. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Bulk Billing which is hard to find these days.
The Doctor is very good and listens to you
No Appointments necessary, first in first served.
Usually don't have to wait long either.

Thanks for your review. Yes it is so hard to find a good doctor that bulk bills. i just wanted to ask you, do you find him respectful? I am female and I have had lots of problems finding a good doctor lately, someone who understands you and shows care and concern. Since I am pregnant with my first child I would want someone who is caring and take their time with their patient.
